When will I receive my order?
If your postcode is eligible for the “same day delivery” service, we aim to deliver on that day. If you do not qualify for this service, we aim to get your order on the road within 5 working days once your order has been processed.
I ordered online but my beer hasn’t arrived. What gives?
Sorry about that. We aim to deliver within five working days, but sometimes things go wrong. For order queries, please email us at info@lostintown.co.uk, confirming your name, address, email and order number, and we will track it down and get back in touch. Don’t worry, we’ll find your Lost In Town.
If in the unlikely event I am not happy with my order, what do I do?
If you’re not satisfied with your Lost In Town upon delivery, please email info@lostintown.co.uk. Tell us the problem and confirm your order number and we will investigate what went wrong. We’ll get on the case and take you through the next steps.
ABOUT OUR BEER
Is Lost in Town Vegan?
Yes. Lost in Town products are all 100% Vegan. Quite a few beers use isinglass filings (derived from fish) to clarify their beer, but we use a plant-based alternative to ensure our beer is suitable for vegans.
Is Lost in Town gluten-free?
Lost In Town is not gluten-free. We use barley in our beers which contains gluten protein.
How much alcohol does Lost in Town contain?
Hard Ace Lager has an ABV of 4.5%.
Do you bottle your beer?
We do not bottle anything currently, but have plenty of cans to go around.
What makes your beer different?
Our beer is light and refreshing. The Lost In Town flavour is achieved using our unique hop selection.
What Beers do you brew?
We are currently only producing our Hard Ace Lager, but we are researching and developing an exciting range of tasty brews, so watch this space.
