UK Delivery Only
We currently ship to UK addresses only. International shipping is coming soon—sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand delivery.
Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days from dispatch
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days
- Tracked Delivery: All orders include tracking so you can monitor your shipment

- Orders Under £50: Standard UK shipping fee applies (calculated at checkout)
- Orders £50+: FREE standard UK delivery
Packaging
All orders are carefully packaged in secure, branded boxes to ensure your beer and merchandise arrive in perfect condition. We take extra care with glass bottles to prevent breakage during transit.
Age Verification
Alcohol deliveries may require an adult signature (18+) upon delivery. Please ensure someone 18 or older is available to receive the order. If no one is available, the courier will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information. If you need to update your delivery address, contact us immediately at info@lostintown.co.uk.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use the tracking number to monitor your delivery status in real time.
RETURNS POLICY
14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
Beer & Alcohol Returns
- Unopened Products: Can be returned for a full refund if in original, unopened condition
- Opened Products: Cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations
- Faulty Products: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence (see Damaged Goods section below)
Merchandise & Graphic Novel Returns
- Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Graphic novels must be unopened and in mint condition to be eligible for return
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at info@lostintown.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return address
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- Faulty/Incorrect Items: We will cover all return shipping costs and arrange collection if necessary
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Report Within 48 Hours
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lostintown.co.uk.
What We Need
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging (if damaged in transit)
- Description of the issue
What Happens Next
We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement product sent at no additional cost
We will cover all return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us at info@lostintown.co.uk. Once an order has been dispatched, the returns policy applies.
