All orders are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a refund or substitute product.

- All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe

- Payment is required in full at the time of ordering
5. ORDER CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order; it is simply acknowledgment that we have received it.
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us at info@lostintown.co.uk. Once an order has been dispatched, our returns policy applies (see Section 7).
6. DELIVERY
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
- Free Shipping: On all orders over £50
- Tracking: All orders include tracked delivery
- Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We cannot be held liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information
- Signature Required: Alcohol deliveries may require an adult signature (18+) upon delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below:
7.1 Beer & Alcohol
- Unopened products in original condition may be returned for a full refund
- Opened or consumed alcohol cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations
- Damaged or faulty products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
7.2 Merchandise & Graphic Novels
- Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all tags attached
- Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected
7.3 How to Return
To initiate a return, email us at info@lostintown.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
8. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lostintown.co.uk with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
